MoDOT to close Route PP south of Route 30 to remove box culvert in Franklin County

FRANKLIN COUNTY – The Missouri Department of Transportation will close Route PP, 1.5 miles south of Route 30, just north of Lake Shore Drive to remove and replace a box culvert.

Crews will begin the closure at 8 a.m. Friday, July 31 and continue until the weekend work is complete by 5 a.m. Monday, August 3.

A signed detour will be in place for the duration of the closure. This project is a part of the Route PP construction. To view more information, visit the website here: modot.org/projects/routepproute30.

On Saturday, 07/04/2026, St. Clair Police Department received a report for shots fired at 250 Murray Street. It was reported to Officers two subjects were fighting and shooting guns at each other. During the investigations, sixty spent .22 caliber casings, nine spent 9mm casings, and 3 live .22 caliber rounds were located on the ground. Interviews were conducted with witnesses who reported the suspect identified as Alan Fuller was discharging fi****ms out in front of his (Fuller) residence. Witness reported Mr. Fuller was shooting the fi****ms towards North Commercial Avenue and Bader Street, near where children were shooting off fireworks. Witness reported another male subject came up to Mr. Fuller, telling Mr. Fuller to stop shooting with the children around which started an altercation. During the altercation, it was reported that Mr. Fuller pointed his firearm at the witness’s stomach at point blank range. Mr. Fuller was interviewed by officer who admitted to discharging his firearm and pointing it at one of the witnesses. Mr. Fuller was taken into custody, being transported to the Franklin County Detention Center pending application of warrant. On Sunday, 07/05/2026, report was forwarded to the Franklin Country Prosecuting Attorney’s Office for review. A warrant was issued on Mr. Fuller for Unlawful Use of a Weapon – Subsection 4 -Exhibiting (Felony) and Unlawful discharge of a Firearm – 1st Offense (Misdemeanor). Mr. Fuller continues to be held at the Franklin County Detention Center on a $50,000 cash only bond.

All persons are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

On Tuesday, 06/30/2026, St. Clair Police Department received a report of a sexual assault between family members that occurred inside the city limits of St. Clair. During the investigation the suspect was identified as Isaac James Sansoucie. Mr. Sansoucie was brought in for questioning, where he refused to speak with detectives without his attorney present. Charges were sent over on Mr. Sansoucie to the Franklin County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office for review. A warrant was issued on Mr. Sansoucie for Statutory So**my or Attempted Statutory So**my – Deviate Sexual In*******se – Person Less Than 12 Yoa.
On Friday, 07/03/2026, St. Clair Officers and the Franklin County Sheriff’s Department responded to Mr. Sansoucie’s residence where he was taken into custody for the above warrant. Mr. Sansoucie continues to be held at the Franklin County Detention Center on a NO BOND.

All persons are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
