It's now or never! ⏰ Tomorrow is your last chance to give input on the federally funded transportation projects planned for our area over the next several years. Highway 23, St. Joseph improvements, and other Stearns County road projects are in the pipeline. 🚧 Check out the APO’s Transportation Improvement Program to see what’s planned for our region and weigh in on those plans by tomorrow, Friday, August 14! www.stcloudapo.org.

✅Wake up.
✅Go to work.
✅Come home.
❌Learn about the federally-funded transportation projects planned for the Saint Cloud area.

If you are missing that final checkmark on your to-do list, don’t worry. We’ve got you.

The APO’s FY 2027-2030 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) is out for public comment now through Aug. 14📅. Curious to know what Stearns County projects are coming up🤔? What’s going on in Saint Joseph🤔? Or when is MnDOT going to fix 🚧MN 23 🚧through Waite Park🤔? Hint, it’s coming up.

To learn more about the TIP and to weigh in on several (or all) of the federal/state-funded projects occurring within the region, check out our website: www.stcloudapo.org.

Public comment on the draft TIP runs through Aug. 14.

Stearns County voters showed up! In yesterday's Primary, we saw our highest Election Day turnout in more than 20 years, and absentee voting hit record levels as well for a primary election.

Operations ran smoothly across all precincts. Thank you to our election judges, clerks, and staff for their outstanding work and a successful Primary Election Day.

Fun at the Fair!

We loved seeing fair‑goers jump into all the activities at our booth this year! From ring toss with Highway Department construction cones, to dipping an old‑fashioned quill into ink and adding messages to our vintage journal, filling the map with personal travel destinations (and wow, Stearns County residents are well‑traveled!), to sorting recycling/HHW/waste, starting an emergency kit, matching prints to the correct animal, and sharing what freedom means to them. Your participation brought the booth to life! Thanks to everyone who stopped by!

The 2nd annual Milk Run held at the Fair was another moo-velous success. Board Chair Steve Notch and Commissioner Tarryl Clark emceed the 5K and announced names and race times as runners crossed the finish line.

We’ll see you next year!
