🚨Breaking 🚨

FBI Sacramento and El Dorado County District Attorney’s Office are announcing the capture of Carl W. Cacconie, a fugitive who fled prior to his Aug. 25, 2025, sentencing. A jury convicted Cacconie of multiple counts of committing lewd acts upon a child under the age of 14 on July 17, 2025. Today, Cacconie was apprehended without incident in Scottsdale, Arizona, by the FBI and our FBI Phoenix Desert Hawk Fugitive Task Force partners.
