Francis Police Department is dedicated to provide fair and impartial police service to all persons through education and enforcement. Francis Police Department is to provide a safer community through partnering with its citizens. Francis Police Department is a full-time law enforcement agency consisting of 12 sworn officers. The department has a Police Chief, two Sergeants, an Investigator and eig

ht Patrol Officers. Patrol Officers are on the street and available for calls 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The Police Department responds to over 6000 incidents per year and serves approximately 8200 residents. Francis Police Department Office hours are Monday-Friday 6:30 am-4:30 pm. NEW ORDINANCE – EBIKE/VEHICLE & TRAIL/ROADWAY REGULATIONS

Before you hit the trails or roadways, please take a moment to review the attached flyer for information on the different types of vehicles and the rules that apply to each.

📅 New City Ordinance 7.3 will take effect September 21, 2026.

🌲 Planning to use Anoka County Parks? Please be aware that their regulations may differ from the City of St. Francis. Be sure to review their rules before heading out.

Join the St. Francis Police Department for an evening of family fun at Community Park on Tuesday, August 4, from 5:00–7:00 p.m.

Crews are working in the area of the 5500 block of Ambassador Blvd in St. Francis due to an injury crash. As a result, there are power outages in the area, and crews are working to restore power as soon as possible.
