Please be advised that there is a BOIL ADVISORY in effect for the following roads: Wood duck way, Oakley lane, Sweet olive lane, Azelea Drive, Freeland road, Mimosa way, Camelia trace, Madison court, Savannah drive, Spring field court, Augusta court, Clayton court, Sunrise way, Rosedown place, Dogwood trace, Club house way, Beech grove lane, Sweet woods hallow, Centenary place, Magnolia lane, Audubon trace, Laurel hill lane, Creekside lane, Folks road, and LA Hwy 966.

Our office staff has sent out a robocall with this information as well.

Please be advised that the fiber contractor has broken a water main on Hwy 421 between Peterson Rd and Morris Rd. WFP field staff are on site and working as quickly as possible to restore water service. Residents in this and surrounding areas may experience little to no water pressure over the next few hours until the repair is complete. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

***VOLUNTARY BOIL ADVISORY***

Due to a contractor breaking a water main, you may have little to no water pressure. Crews are working to restore services as soon as possible. At this time, we are issuing a VOLUNTARY boil water advisory until further notice.

Please be advised that a contractor has broken a water main line at Angola Rd and Solitude Rd. The northern end of the parish is experiencing little to no water as a result of this break. WFP field staff are assessing the situation and hope to have repairs underway soon. We are very sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

Storm related updates:

* Sand and bags will be available at the following locations starting Tuesday, 9/10/24 after 12pm:
- WF Detention Center (jail)
- WF Parish Road Barn
- Solitude Fire Station
Please bring a shovel!

* Garbage pickup - At this time, there will be no Waste Management garbage pickup on Wednesday, 9/11/24. They will run their normal schedule thereafter but 1 day behind including Saturday to catch up. If your normal pickup day is Wednesday, expect pickup on Thursday; normal pickup on Thursday, expect pickup on Friday; etc. Any changes will be posted here.

* All Parish Offices will be closing at noon on Wednesday, 9/11/24 for all nonessential staff.

* WFP Sports Park will close at noon on Wednesday, 9/11/24 until further notice.
