Dorchester County Fire Rescue is at scene of a vehicle vs. train at pecan tree rd. and Hwy 78. Hwy 78 is open in both directions but emergency personnel will be at scene for an unknown period of time. Please slow down and use caution in the area. DCFR is being assisted by Dorchester County Sheriff's Office and Dorchester County Emergency Medical Services. Representatives from Norfolk Southern are at scene as well.
