Congratulations to Royal Boling on being recognized as City Manager All Star and Employee of the Month. Royal serves as a SCADA Field Technician and this recognition reflects his hard work, dedication, and service to our community. Thank you, Royal, for all you do for the City of St. George!

Royal has saved the Wastewater Collection division countless times with his knowledge and willingness to help during after hours emergencies. Royal has always answered the phone for lift station emergencies. He has come out to troubleshoot SCADA or control panel issues on weekends, in the middle of the night, or even on major holidays with a smile on his face. One particular recent event this past Thanksgiving, our on call person kept getting a lift station alarm, and we could not figure out the issue. Royal was the first person I thought to call, and after a couple of days of troubleshooting, he solved the issue and possibly prevented a sewer overflow. He is a key team player for this department, and the City is lucky to have him.

UPDATED MAP OF AREA IS NOW LINKED WITH NOTICE.

This is a message from the City of St. George:

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR DRINKING WATER

Our water system violated a drinking water monitoring requirement over the past year. These violations were not due to a health standard exceedance.

Even though these violations did not affect the quality of the water, as our customers, you have the right to know what happened and what we did to correct the situation.

Because this was a monitoring issue and arsenic levels did not exceed health standards. There is nothing you need to do at this time.
