Hi all! Unfortunately this year we have not yet gotten adequate snow for operating the hill. We will be looking into new snow making options over the next few weeks and into next year to see if we can fill in some areas where natural snow doesn’t happen for us. Thanks for following and keeping up the interest in our little tubing area! We hope to work out some kinks and see you all next year!

Hi all! Have been receiving lots of messages asking it’ll we are open yet. At this time we are still waiting on some good snow to get us going. Please watch for updates on the page for progress. No post means no snow. We hope everyone had a very Merry Christmas and hope to see you all soon!

Hi all! Are we sure Mother Nature doesn’t know that it’s not 2020 anymore?! Do to the fact that we have little to no snow. And no big amounts forecasted. With it being so late in the season it’s not looking like we’ll be able to open this year. This is very unfortunate as we know that a good majority of people look forward to this fun hill opening every year! If anything changes in the very near future we’ll be sure to update the page!

Hello everyone! Unfortunately we have some bad news. Due to snow amounts up to now on the hill we have not been able to be open. With taking how much “winter” is left and issues with our groomer. We have decided it would be best NOT to open for this season. We are very sorry that we won’t be able to accommodate you all this season. Thank you for following.

Hello all! Just a little update. There is still not sufficient snow at the top of the hill to open. We will have to see if we get any this week whether or not will be able to open for next weekend.

Hi all! Have been receiving a lot of questions as to when we will be opening. It has been snowing here quite a bit lately. And there are several trees down in the entrance. We will be working the next couple of weeks to get things cleaned up and try and get things ready hopefully within the next 1 to 3 weeks so that we can open. I will update the page as soon as we know a date that we can get things rolling. We look forward to seeing everyone!

Due to an extremely muddy parking lot we will not be open for the rest of the season. Was great seeing all who made it out this year! Looking forward to seeing you all again next year! Take care!

Due to the excess rain Silver Mountain will be forced to close today. We will be back open next Friday for a special Moran Township free night in memory for Moran Township Resident Jerry “Berf” Fenlon. Anyone that shows Friday night March 1st rides for free! Concession will still be open inside the lodge at our regular prices. No outside food or beverage allowed.
