Congratulations to our popcorn winners! Today was our last Popcorn Friday of the school year.

I want to extend my sincere thanks to all of our amazing PopStar volunteers who helped make this monthly tradition possible. Your time, dedication, and willingness to show up for our students are so appreciated.

A very special thank you goes to Cathy Tuzinkiewicz and Joe Cagliotti, our incredible Popcorn Chairs. Month after month, they arrive early to pop hundreds of bags of popcorn for our kids, coordinate volunteers, organize supplies, and ensure everything runs smoothly. Their commitment behind the scenes is truly remarkable, and Popcorn Friday simply would not be possible without them.

Thank you, Cathy and Joe, for all that you do for our NMS students and community. It has been a pleasure working alongside you. ~ Claudia ❤️🍿

Tomorrow is our last popcorn Friday of the school year! We have once again teamed up with our favorite bakery, Alpine Pastry Shop to make it extra special. We will be giving away 3 Knicks themed cookies during each lunch. Remember, you have to be in it to win it! Each bag of popcorn purchased gives you one raffle ticket. $1 per bag!

Last week, we celebrated our Nesaquake teachers and staff with first-class service at the NMS Sky Lounge! They enjoyed a luxury buffet, were spoiled with snacks and desserts, and left with complimentary travel toiletries and mini luggage filled with earbuds and Tic Tacs for their future “flights.”

A huge thank you to Nicole Northorn and Claudia Pira for once again chairing our Staff Appreciation event. Thank you as well to our amazing helpers — Marissa Scannapieco, Cathy Tuzinkiewicz, Stephanie Scheriff, Martha Gonzalez, Valerie O’Neill, Kristine Capizzi, Nancy Kastan and Jiana Lombardo — for helping us set up and making everything run smoothly. And thank you to pira.design for all of the beautiful custom décor that truly brought the vision to life.

Our teachers and staff are truly first class, and we are so grateful for everything they do. Thank you for making this journey so wonderful. ❤️
