The City of St. James has declared a snow emergency starting Sunday, March 15th at 12:00AM(midnight) to Monday, March 16th at 12:00PM (Noon).

During a snow emergency, no vehicle may park on any city street until the street has been completely cleared / plowed from curb to curb.

Any vehicle parked on city streets after 12:01am on Sunday, March 15th will be issued a $125 parking ticket and can/will be towed at the owner's expense.
