We would like to welcome our newest VIPS Officer Charlie Roark VIPS 36 to the Rolla Police Department Volunteers in Police Service. You may recognizes Charlie Roark from his 9 years of continual service as our crossing guard at Mark Twain Elementary School in the mornings and afternoons. Charlie Roark is always willing to help our department with summer school, volunteer work and events such a Specials Olympics torch run and plunge, and other community events. Welcome Charlie Roark.
