Meet Lily Bahr, a senior at St. James High School and our first Marketing & Communications Student Intern. Through her marketing class, Lily will be helping showcase the people, activities, and everyday moments that make up life at the high school while gaining real-world experience along the way.

🎓 CLASS OF 2027 — YOU’RE GOING TO WANT TO HEAR THIS.
Yesterday, we shared information about changes to student parking for the 2026–27 school year. We recognize that we could have done a better job explaining the bigger picture from the start.
For several months, we’ve been working with input from our Principals’ Roundtable to develop something special for our seniors. Our plan was to finalize the details and unveil it when the Class of 2027 returned to campus.
We’re excited to share it with you now!
🎨 INTRODUCING SENIOR LEGACY PARKING!
We are creating a designated Senior Legacy Parking area with numbered, reserved spaces. Eligible seniors will have the opportunity to choose their own space and paint it with an approved design for the 2026–27 school year.
Yep. Your own numbered space. Your own design.
The remaining parking spaces will be numbered and reserved for underclassmen to choose from when they purchase their parking passes.
🎓 PILOT YEAR — CLASS OF 2027
Students must be classified as a senior for the 2026–27 school year, and for the pilot year they must meet at least 2 of the following 3 requirements:
📅 90% attendance or higher
📚 2.5 GPA or higher
✅ No Out-of-School Suspension (OSS)
Applications will open soon. Details about space selection, design guidelines, and the approval process will follow. Please keep an eye out for that information.
The paint may not be permanent…but your senior year is. 🎓

Parking Pass Update
🚗 Parking Passes for This School Year

We’re making a change to student parking this year! Instead of assigning each student to a specific numbered parking spot, we are moving to open parking.

Students who purchase a parking pass will be able to park in any available numbered parking space in the student parking area. Your pass gives you access to the parking lot—it will no longer correspond to one specific spot.

We believe this will make parking simpler and more flexible for everyone.

📌 Parking passes are available now for $10.

When purchasing a parking pass, students will need to provide the following information:

Vehicle Make
Vehicle Model
Vehicle Color
License Plate Number
Students can bring this information to the office when they come to purchase their pass.

Girls 4x1 relay team finishes in 5th place and earns All-State honors! Congratulations ladies. It's been many years since a St.James sprint relay team has placed at state. Great day to be a Tiger!

What an exciting day for our Track and Field team! New school record in the boys 3200m run, a finals appearance for our boys long jumper and our girls 4x1 will run a state championship tomorrow! Congratulations to all of our athletes that competed today!
