February 17 - March 17: Graduation Ticket Sales Open
Graduation tickets go on sale starting at 1 p.m. on Friday, February 17, and will be available to purchase through 11:59 p.m. on Friday, March 17. Each graduate has the opportunity to reserve two complimentary tickets at no cost and purchase up to two additional tickets at $5 each. That’s a total of four tickets per graduate. Please carefully review the instructions on the School Store site to complete your order when the tickets go on sale. You are required to enter your student’s ID number to complete the transaction.
March 1 - Deadline to Order Cap and Gown
Make sure to purchase your cap and gown for graduation no later than Wednesday, March 1. The caps and gowns will be distributed in mid April so your student has them in time for individual photos on Wednesday, May 24. You can order a Grad Pack, which includes multiple graduation items, or simply purchase the cap, gown, and tassel from the Graduation A La Carte page. Reminder: Completing the diploma card for Herff Jones last fall was not ordering the cap and gown. That information was supplied to Herff Jones to ensure they had your student’s size in stock.
March 1 - Deadline to Order Custom Graduation Announcements
As you complete your graduation orders, don’t forget to purchase custom graduation announcements. The deadline to complete your order is Wednesday, March 1. See the attached flyer . Quantities are limited.
