Clinton Substance Awareness & Prevention Coalition The Clinton Substance Awareness & Prevention Coalition meets on the third Wednesday of each month, currently virtually at 10am.

We are community partners concerned with substance misuse prevention and treatment - youth, parents, law enforcement, schools, businesses, media, religious, fraternal, civic, and volunteer groups, healthcare professionals, state/local/tribal agencies. The National Weather Service has issued an Extreme Cold Warning today, January 23rd, through tomorrow at 11am. The library is open today 9-12 and tomorrow 9-1 and can be used as a warming center during these times. If you need a warming center outside of these hours, please consult the Mid-Michigan District Health Department for their list of warming centers. If it is an emergency, please call 9-1-1. Please stay warm and take care of yourself during this extreme cold period.
