Last chance to come claim Lost and Found at Coronado. Items will either be thrown away or donated next week. We are open T-Th this week. 8:30am-3:30pm.

Coronado Elementary School will be closed on Monday May 25, 2026 to celebrate Memorial Day! We will reopen on Tuesday. Our summer hours will be M-Th from 8:30am to 3:30pm.

As we prepare to celebrate the Class of 2026 tonight, here's a look back (see link below) on some of the highlights from the school year. It is impossible to note all of the effort and accomplishments of our students and staff, so we've only been able to include a few of many.

A huge thank you goes out to students, staff, parents, and our whole community for the time and effort they put in to strengthening our schools. We feel so fortunate to live and work here in St. Johns!

CES REMINDER: Coronado will have early release TODAY, May 21st! Kindergarten & Pre-k students will be released at 11:00 AM. 1st-3rd grades will be released at 12:15 PM. Today is also the last day of school for kindergarten!
Friday, May 22nd is the last day of school for 1st-3rd grades! There will be NO KINDERGARTEN on Friday! 1st-3rd grades are released at 10:00 AM.

Coronado is still accepting applications for a custodian. 6 hours a day. Deep cleaning each classroom during the summer and shampooing carpets. High School Students (16+) may apply.

We are so lucky to have Mrs. Winters. Not only is she one of our amazing 3rd grade teachers, she is also the Pool Manager for the City of SJ pool. She taught our awesome 2nd graders some water/pool safety tips before they go on their field trip tomorrow!
