**Bag has been returned to its owner. Thank you to our community for all the help**

On July 7th, our crews responded to a structure fire along with St Johns Fire Department and multiple other agencies. A very kind community member donated some water to the first responders. We have the bag she left the waters in with our crew. We would like to get her bag back to her. If this is your bag please reach out to us or stop by our station to claim! Thank you!

Today for EMS Week, we focus on safety. 🚑

Eight seconds, 8 seconds. That’s all it takes for a normal drive to turn into an emergency call.

The Minnesota Department of Public Safety video is a powerful reminder of why distracted driving is never worth the risk. As EMS providers, we see firsthand the heartbreak these crashes leave behind for families, friends, and first responders.
Distracted driving is more than just texting. Eating, adjusting the radio, using GPS, talking with passengers, reaching for something in the car, or taking your eyes off the road for even a moment can have life changing consequences.

As EMS providers, we respond to these calls far too often. Behind every crash is a family, a friend, a coworker, and a community forever impacted.

Stay focused. Stay alert. Make safety your priority every time you get behind the wheel.
