Today our firefighters are standing with thousands of others from across the nation and Canada to celebrate the life of BK Bobby Kilduff from Boston Fire Rescue 2 who died in the line of duty. We wish his family and Boston Fire comfort and peace during their time of mourning.

Last night we honored our brave and dedicated firefighters for their accomplishments throughout 2025 at our annual awards banquet. We are very proud of the hard work of our firefighters and thankful for the support from our friends and our amazing families who allow us to perform our duties in service to the community. Congratulations to the award recipients.
