The Employee of the Month Committee met and chose Cera Joe, HU 10 OSA, as June 2026 Employee of the Month.

Cera Joe has been an invaluable asset to the WRDCC ADSEG unit since 2021, and I have had the honor of supervising her since February 2025. She has seamlessly managed the high-volume workload of issuing tablets in our fast-paced ADSEG environment, creating an efficient tracking system for inventory, complaints, and inmate mail. Beyond this, she has taken on the crucial responsibility of real-time transcription for the ADSEG committee hearings. While handling these new, demanding tasks, Cera continues to excel at her regular duties, including running mules, tracking TASC packets, answering phones, and administrative support. Simultaneously she covered the HU 10 FUM OSA position for six weeks. Her work ethic is unparalleled. Her dedication ensures the ADSEG unit runs smoothly and efficiently.
Thank you, Cera, for going above and beyond! You will excel in all you do!!
