There is a unique thrill in being the steady voice on the other end of the line when things get chaotic. Being able to help someone in their time of need, is gratifying. It's not always rewarding, but its knowing you was there and potentially making a difference.

No call is the same. You never know what you are going to get when you answer. Some need urgency, some need compassion, and some just need someone to listen. Being what someone needs in that moment takes a special person.

We are human, we get you through the toughest times, but we hurt right along with you. We celebrate the victories, and mourn the losses. Your cooperation on the phone ensures we are able to get help to you faster, we have questions, it doesn't delay the response, but ensures the medics are prepared for your emergency.
Weโre grateful for the dedication and care Kayce brings to her role, along with the entire dispatch team serving our community. ๐
