START ➡️ (You will check in HERE!) At the trails at the intersection of Monterey Street and Southwest Parkway. The QR code to check in is found on the stop sign post.
💥 HOW TO CHECK-IN 💥 You will CHECK-IN at the BEGINNING of the trails ONLY!

TURNAROUND POINTS
Beginner 🔹 TRICKY! From the parking lots, you will walk north to Renick Street and turnaround. 🔹 From the beginning, there and back: .26 miles
Intermediate 🔸 The bench before you get to Bryce/Walnut Road. 🔸 From the beginning, there and back: 1 mile
Challenge ◾️ You will not have to cross the parkway. The turnaround spot is when you reach the parkway. ◾️ From the beginning, there and back: 1.96 miles

To enter, register for this season, walk the featured trail (Rock Island West), and check in all before the end of the day Saturday, June 20! One winner will receive a yoga mat, yoga block, and hat. The other winner will receive a reusable ice pack, heating pad, and pain relief gel.

☀️🐾 Puppies for Parole on the Parkway!

Come out to the trail tomorrow night and see some waggin’ tails! 😎🐾 Friends of the Animal Shelter will be participating in the St. Joe FIT community walk and showcasing a few Pups for Parole. 🐕 These best good boys and girl have been practicing and polishing their training skills, and they’d LOVE to meet you! ☺️

We will gather at the Rock Island (West) Trail near the St. Joseph Rec Center at 5:30pm. Stop by and say hi! 👋 This annual event is completely FREE and includes chances to win prizes for those that register. Visit the St. Joe FIT page👆for more details and info.
