By LIVING UNITED, we advance the common good in Northwest Missouri and Northeast Kansas and aim for lasting, positive change in people's lives. Joseph advances our mission by investing in 18 Local Partner Agencies. Through the United Way office, seven Initiatives/ Programs are coordinated for the community: FamilyWize® Prescription Assistance, Financial Stability, Leadership St. Joseph, Profit in Education©, Success By 6®, Unmet Needs Committee and the Volunteer Center. Thanks to the generosity of hundreds of hard-working volunteers and wise operational practices, over 92 cents of every dollar contributed goes into programs that improve lives.
