An inclusive community where all people have value. Through the local tax levy, funding is provided to a number of local organizations.

We provide Support Coordination services for individuals with developmental disabilities in Buchanan County..Our Family Navigators can also assist families and individuals with applying for services and finding resources to fit individual needs Our Education Liaison provides a bridge of support between families and the school district. Our goal is to facilitate meaningful lives through these supp

At Rights Chatter, participants will learn about their rights and responsibilities across all life domains (Daily Life, Community, Health, Relationships/Groups, Safety and Security, and Services) and hear stories from self-advocates and learn about strategies to support and advocate for their rights.

Rights Chatter is for individuals 18 and up. Space is limited!

Transition Chatter is coming up 💬💬💬

Are you a student with a disability getting ready to transition from school to adult life? Bring your family along and join us for Transition Chatter, a free series designed to help you plan for what's next!

When: July 28 – August 18, Tuesdays, 5:30–6:30 pm
Who: Students ages 12–21 and their family/support person (we ask that both attend together!)

What we'll cover:
🔹 Week 1 – Vision for the Future
🔹 Week 2 – Living Arrangements
🔹 Week 3 – Daily Activities & Community Involvement

Today marks the first day of Disability Pride Month, a month-long celebration that honors the history, achievements, and experiences of people with disabilities.

We stand in solidarity with our family members, neighbors, friends, co-workers, and fellow citizens with disabilities and won't give up on our vision of a an inclusive community where ALL people have value.
