The Department of Health announced it would be withdrawing its proposed regulations that would have brought back COVID-era lockdown policies, granted government access to your private medical records, and given government officials the ability to enter your home without a warrant.

Last week, I joined more than 80 of my House Republican colleagues, along with thousands of Pennsylvanians, in opposing Gov. Shapiro’s proposed regulations through the Department of Health.

Thank you to all of you who joined my colleagues and me in standing up for medical privacy, personal freedom, and our Constitutional rights.

Voting has started in Pennsylvania. If you don't like MiB go to your elections office and OVER THE COUNTER vote. Request an application for the MiB, fill it out there. Hand it in and asked to have it processed. You will then receive a paper ballot and a place to vote. VOTE, SIGN & DATE, place in the envelope and return it right at the elections office. You are now locked and loaded to vote and no matter what happens on elections day, Nov. 3rd, your vote is going to be counted.

Have you noticed what Josh Shapiro’s TV ads are about?

They’re not about his record. They’re not about what he’s done for Pennsylvania.

They’re not about the economy, your utility bills, or your kids’ education.

They’re attack ads. Because his record is the one thing he can’t put on television.

Think about what Shapiro would have to say if he ran on his actual record:

❌ Pennsylvania’s economy dropped to 47th in the nation on his watch

❌ A federal whistleblower just accused his administration of wasting taxpayer money and firing the woman who spoke up

❌ He took $5 million from out-of-state data center developers, cheerleaded their projects, then flip-flopped when voters got angry
