I’m up late and my heart just hurts 💔
I can’t stop thinking about this lawsuit I filed. This isn’t politics or paperwork — it’s people’s lives.

Here’s what’s happening to us:
• My whole office got shut down. Payments cut off first, questions never asked.
• We brought affidavits from clients, stacks of evidence… all ignored. Appeal denied.
• At the Sept 17th hearing, DHS admitted they don’t even investigate first. They just shut you down. Innocent providers wiped out overnight.

This isn’t a “policy issue.” This is a crisis. Real people are losing care, losing jobs, losing housing — right now.

Minnesotans deserve better. Justice needs to be served.

In a program with 1,800 providers, fewer than 5% were flagged for fraud.
