It has been a hope-filled spring for Top 20 Training as we continue to visit schools and businesses both home and away! Last week Tom and I were able to work with some districts in our home state!

School Districts 2142 and 712 (the great north of MN) hosted us for a day where we shared tools and strategies to 1) help educators bring their best selves out and 2) be intentional about raising levels of safety, belonging, and trust to build healthy and effective school and workplace cultures.

As a reminder, when we use the word “educator” we are referring to all that work in a school setting, regardless of what your role is (bus drivers, office professionals, paraprofessionals, maintenance, food/nutrition, teachers, coaches, admin., etc.). Everyone has the potential and ability to make an impact on a student, parent, colleague, etc. Those impacts can be positive (joy filled, motivating, nurturing, etc.), neutral, or negative (potential crushing, limiting, diminishing of beliefs, etc.). That said, we want to up our game to make meaningful moments as much as possible!

Massive thanks to the 500+ educators that we spent time with! Oh, and a big thanks to the parents and community members that joined us the night before for our session on Thinking, Learning, Communicating, and Mistake Making!

Tom and Kevin presented at the imperial Valley sportsmanship council conference in Imperial, CA this past Friday!
The Imperial Valley Council is leading the charge on making events and competitions enjoyable, safe, and true to purpose! If you need a roadmap for goals like these, contact them!!!

Top 20’s Kevin Brennan was back in Cedar Rapids Iowa presenting to the faculty/staff of the Xavier Catholic School k-12 Ed. Conf. in the morning, the Middle School in the afternoon, and the Parents the previous evening!

Culture was a focal point and momentum that builds on the greatness that has been present there for years is the result!

BIG thanks for the day and continued relationship!

Our Pandas at Brawley Union High School in California know how to TRULY build safety, trust, and belonging by Helping Others Succeed (Pandamonium)!!!

The incredible ASB crew, along with Principal Sanchez and Ms. Trevino, are leading by example!

Kevin is looking forward to his return trip to work with the faculty/staff in Feb. and then he and Tom will be back again in March to work with the students!
