The state has unveiled a new design of driver's licenses and ID cards!

The primary reason for this new design is integrating new security features to protect personal information and prevent counterfeits. The new cards also feature some Nebraska landmarks, such as the Capitol Building and Jail and Courthouse Rocks.

These new cards will begin printing Monday, but your current license will be valid until the expiration date printed on your card. There's no need to order a new one until then.
