$6.2 million in Anoka County funding is back where it belongs.

A Minnesota judge ruled unconstitutional the law pushed by Rep. Zach Stephenson that diverted $6.2 million in Anoka County transportation funds to the City of Anoka for a pedestrian bridge for a proposed surf park. The ruling allows Anoka County to move forward with transportation projects that had been put on hold.

“Nobody is arguing that every proposed mine should be permitted. If a project cannot protect Minnesota’s waters and meet Minnesota’s environmental standards, don’t permit it. The rampant fraud that has gone unchecked by Walz and Democrats is now linked to s*x trafficking in Minnesota. S*x trafficking suspects opened social service programs and billed Medicaid while under investigation.

The people tied to the ring billed Medicaid about $4.8 million for these services.

How did this happen under Walz and Democrat oversight?

Normandale says that fraudsters could be responsible for nearly a third of all processed applications into the college.

House Republicans delivered funding this year to colleges to build and maintain enrollment fraud and identity verification software aimed at combating “ghost student” fraud and protecting taxpayer-funded financial aid programs.
