The St. Paul Volunteer Fire & Rescue Department is excited to give you a sneak peek at just a few of the raffle prizes that will be available during our Pancake Feed on June 7th!

🎟️ More prizes are still being gathered, and we have already received some amazing donations from local and area businesses and supporters. Stay tuned as we'll be sharing additional raffle prizes in the coming days!

πŸ“¬ Donation request letters were recently mailed to local businesses, and department members will be stopping by this week to follow up. πŸš‘πŸš¨πŸš“This week, five members of our rescue squad had the opportunity to attend Tactical Medical (TacMed) training with the Central Nebraska Special Response Team.

This advanced training focused on providing medical care in high-risk and dynamic environments, emphasizing teamwork, situational awareness, and lifesaving interventions under pressure. The skills gained will help ensure our members are even better prepared to support both our community and our partner agencies when it matters most.

We’re proud of our volunteers for dedicating their time to continued training and grateful to the Central Nebraska Special Response Team for their instruction and collaboration. πŸš‘πŸš¨πŸš“

PLEASE SHARE. Unmonitored pile burns are the biggest cause of wildfires in Nebraska. If you're burning, do not leave it unattended. Also, MAKE SURE it is out. High winds and holdover heat from hot embers can cause debris/pile burns to reignite in the days or even weeks following a burn. Recheck a pile occassionally to ensure it really is absolutely out.

Let's have a safe and uneventful week, folks!
