Practical tips and tricks will be shared to help you feel more confident heading into clinicals this summer!

Emily is a physical therapist based in Minneapolis, MN and a 2025 graduate of the Mayo DPT program. She earned her B.S. in Kinesiology from Iowa State University and is currently completing her geriatric PT residency at the Minneapolis VA, working toward her GCS certification.

Dr. Sutkowi-Hemstreet is an acute care physical therapist, passionate educator, and Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Physical Therapy. She is an Assistant Professor in the University of Minnesota’s DPT program, bringing expertise in cardiopulmonary care, education, and health equity to this important conversation.
