This weekend was nothing short of amazing.
I've said this before, but I'm rarely speechless. I usually have something to say—or at least I try to—but right now I'm overwhelmed with so much joy that it's hard to put into words. I think I'm still in awe and a little bit in shock.
Being honored at the Women Unite to "Win" Luncheon alongside so many incredible cancer survivors was truly humbling.
To Jay Most , Alvena Promodel , Catrina Robertson , and the National Empowerment Group, Inc., thank you for the nomination. I will never forget that phone call. It meant the world to me.
To the most amazing man ever, Frederick; to the Carrington Cares Foundation Board of Directors; to my family, church family, friends, and supporters—thank you. Those words don't even seem like enough, but right now they're the best words I have.
Please know that I am deeply grateful, truly honored, and incredibly blessed. Thank you for This weekend was nothing short of Amazing.
