Thank you to Tom Hauser and KSTP for taking the time to talk with me about our campaign for Minnesota Attorney General.

Democrats have held the Attorney General’s office for more than a half century. We have a real opportunity to end that streak this November — but more importantly, to bring accountability, experience, and new leadership to the Attorney General’s Office.

I’m running to aggressively fight fraud, support law enforcement, protect Minnesota consumers and seniors, and restore trust in an office that should be focused on serving the people of Minnesota.

We’re building momentum every day, and I’m excited about what’s ahead.

While in Austin this week, I attended a roundtable discussion with ambulance service leaders, emergency medical professionals, hospital representatives, and local officials hosted by the Minnesota Ambulance Association.

I was proud to help introduce the PARA-EMT Act to address EMS staffing shortages by making it easier for experienced veterans to transition from medics to certified paramedics and EMTs. I also secured language in the House-passed FY27 NDAA that would require the Secretary of Defense to explore ways to remove barriers for military trained EMS technicians to transition into the civilian workforce. These legislative wins wouldn’t be possible without these important conversations, and I appreciate everyone who joined in.

Another day, another laughably false attack from Keith Ellison’s allies at the Alliance for a Better Minnesota.

Yesterday, ABM staff were harassing our campaign staff and volunteers at the State Fair. Now they claim I “grabbed an ABM staff member in an intimidating manner.”

There’s just one problem: the video shows nothing of the sort.

In reality, I was posing for a photo with an ABM staff member. And of course, when I asked for a source for the false attacks against me, they walked away.

Keith Ellison and his allies are scared of losing, and their attacks are becoming increasingly desperate. If they have to invent stories about what happened—even when contradicted by video—that tells you everything you need to know.

Ron Schutz For MN Attorney General getting attack ads....SUPPORT RON...WE NEED CHANGE.....

The Alliance for a Better Minnesota, which is spending millions on false attack ads against me, tried to ambush me at our State Fair booth today.

They refused to leave—until I asked them one simple question: What are the sources for the claims in your ads?

That’s when they left.

They can spend millions attacking me, but apparently they can’t defend their own claims.
