This evening, members of VFW Post 5077 presented Battalion Chief Sean Hagan with their Paramedic of the Year honor. An Army Veteran himself, BC Hagan has been a valuable part of our team for over a decade and is a well-regarded leader and mentor not only within his platoon, but throughout the organization.

For many years, members of the Post have recognized the efforts of our team members and other first responders in our community, and we appreciate their support !

We asked, and our delivered! Our netted 29 units of blood for ImpactLife - product that will be utilized both in hospitals and for pre-hospital blood transfusion programs like the one at . There were (thankfully) no human patients that needed assistance at the scene of a house fire today, but two four-legged members of our community needed some respiratory assistance. Every unit is equipped with pet oxygen masks that enable our to provide this support if needed. The pup and cat responded well to treatment, and received follow-up care at the emergency veterinary clinic. 🐕🐈‍⬛
