Dave Kuppler St. Peters Alderman Ward 3

Dave Kuppler St. Peters Alderman Ward 3 I am a husband, father, Christian and Alderman for Ward 3 in the City of St. Peters, MO Mr. Kuppler started his career as a Police Officer with the City of St.

Peters in 1987, during his time at the St. Peters Police Department, he served as the Community and Media Relations Officer, Supervisor of the DARE Program and Crime Management Analyst. He also helped develop the St. Peters Citizens Police Academy, the first of its kind in St. Charles County, as well as management and expansion of the St. Peters Neighborhood Watch Program. A considerable amount of

his time was focused on media relations, often speaking to reporters, both on and off camera, helping to provide accurate and timely information to the community. Dave is well known for his exceptional leadership skills and charismatic personality. This lead him to a promotion as the Assistant Director of Health and Environmental Services for the City of St. Peters in 2005, ultimately becoming the Group Manager of Health Environmental Services. During this time, Dave would oversee multiple departments within the City of St. Peters including the Health Department, Facility Maintenance, Fleet Services, Animal Control, Restaurant Inspections, Solid Waste and Recycle City Operations. After 32 years of service to the City of St. Peters he retired in the fall of 2019. Of course, his retirement did not last long as he now works part time for a local municipality, assisting in their Parks and Recreation Department. As a member of Our Savior Lutheran Church, Dave remains loyal as a believer and follower of Jesus Christ. He enjoys everything technology related and spending time with his friends and family. However, Dave believes he still has a lot more he can contribute to St. Peters and its’ residents. Dave Kuppler is Alderman Elect for Ward 3 in the City of St. Peters. Following in the footsteps of Terri Violet, he is excited to have the opportunity to continue her legacy and serve as Ward 3 representative for the beautiful City of St.

The City of St. Peters revised our Street Access Snow Removal Program and it requires you to apply for the program no later than November 30, 2025. In fact, you will need to apply each year to remain in the program. With the program, when the City receives at least 4 inches of snow our crews will come out once the streets have been plowed and remove and snow rows left at the end of your driveway. There is no charge for this program. Please follow the link below for all the information . In a nutshell you must be resident of St. Peters 67 years of age or you are unable to perform snow removal activites as determined by your healthcare provider. You can access the application on the website or contact me and I will email you a copy of the application. You must complete the application in full and either mail it to City Hall or drop it off by November 30th. I recommend you drop it off due to our periodic issues with the mail service. Remember you only have a couple weeks left to sign up for the program! It is a wonderful program to help our older residents and one more reason St. Peters continues to be a great place to live. Wishing you a very happy and joyous Thanksgiving . Please do not hesitate to reach out to me if you have any questions or concerns.

For those of you that woke up this morning with low water pressure, I just wanted you to know the City of St Peters is the process of repairing a broken water main. We are not sure how many residents this impacts but I can tell you that Penny Lane subdivision has low water pressure.

I know, just like me, you have been getting an onslaught of political messages. They are certainly getting tiresome; but in all the clutter you may have missed out on considering a wonderful candidate for State Representative. I would like to recommend for your consideration Terri Violet. Terri and I have been friends for over a decade. I certainly enjoyed the time I worked with her while she was an Alderman and I was a Group Manager with the City of St. Peters.
Terri is one of the most hard-working people I have met and she now wants to pour all of that energy into being our State Representative for District 104. From her military experience to her aldermanic experience, she not only has the drive but the invaluable background to make changes for the better in our State Government. For more information you can check out her page:https://www.facebook.com/VioletForMissouri?mibextid=LQQJ4d

I hope you will consider voting for her on August 6th. Have a wonderful day.

I wanted to congratulate my friends on their reelection yesterday. They are all wonderful and bring a wealth of experience and perspective to the governance of the City of Peters. Wishing Mayor Len Pagano, Alderman Rocky Reitmeyer, Alderman Patrick Barclay and Alderman Melissa Reimer a fantastic four more years of service to an amazing City. We are all so blessed by the opportunity we have to serve in this capacity and by the residents we serve.

The dust has settled and it appears that I won the election. Obviously, not a difficult task when you are running unopposed. Even so, it calls for gratitude and thankfulness to the residents that went out of their way on Tuesday to specifically vote for me. Thank you.
I am now going to join a wonderful team of talented folks who serve on the Board of Aldermen along with Mayor Pagano. Special thanks to my family who have endured my many "what do you think.." questions, to Jessica Kuppler, my social media guru, to Alderman Terri Violet and her wisdom, to Richie Jacquemin who I consider a brother.
At the Board of Alderman meeting on April 27th I will be sworn into office and will be at your service. May God bless you and your family and have a wonderful Easter.

Dave
