Keep Hope Alive (fibromyalgia Support Group) My name is Valeria in 2004 I was diagnoised with Fibromyalgia( a pain disorder)that has not any main reason for the occurance in people with this illness.

The group "Keep Hope Alive"was created in 2009 to help keep people that suffer from this painful disorder aware of what it is also giving material to there family,friends so that they also would be able to raise awareness vent ,learn more,share this information we recieve periodicly with others as we learn more about it as the clinical studies are being done through out the states and countries

daily to give more of an outlook on Fibromyalgia and those who has it.Fibromyalgia sufferers encouraged to attend this free class. The class will discuss fibromyalgia in depth including:

*Understanding the nature of fibromyalgia, causes and symptoms
*Nutrition to help decrease inflammation and combat fibromyalgia
*Stretching/strengthening of key areas that will help reduce pain
*Open discussion including common questions and answers

This group will give people a chance to meet with others and learn more about this debilitating disease. It will propose simple lifestyle changes that can improve your quality of life. Fibromyalgia Awareness Day Event 2020 the time is nearing for the annual Awareness Day Gathering of the community we will have Flyers brochures t shirts ,questions and answers session about what is fibromyalgia and any other questions to be asked about fibromyalgia. We will have an exercise session "Sticking it to fibromyalgia".we will have guess speaker about this illness fibromyalgia,this year we are including other Wellness presenters of other health and preventative conditions suggestions. We will have prize giveaways and food giveaways along with other thing happening not mentioned surprises all are welcomed this is a mostly outdoors setting event so dress comfortable.
