She has her Master's degree in Psychology and understands how important play is to the development of children. It is a time to grow imagination, learn sharing and creating friendships. Kelley's previous experience includes owning a licensed daycare center, 10 years as a foster parent and director of a daycare center for 8 years prior to owning her own. Kelley has 3 adult children, has adopted 2

from the foster care system and has one granddaughter and another on the way in August. She is excited to bring a playhouse to the community in which her daughter in law, Jessie, can bring her granddaughter with her to work. It is a perfect environment for Raelynn to meet new friends and play all day. Jessie has 20 years experience in the child care field. She has had an home childcare facility. She also has experience in the foster care system as her two younger twin brothers were adopted from the foster care system by her parents. Jessie is CPR certified. She is also excited to bring this to our community and to also be able to bring Raelynn to work with her and watch her build relationships with other children and grow imagination. It is the perfect work place for her and Raelynn.
