4. Modernize the way dockets and other documents are dist

ributed to attorneys, thereby saving the County the expense of postage
6. Utilize Odyssey (county-wide integrated justice data system) to its maximum and make certain all updates are utilized
7. Integrate e-filing for filing of court cases and documents
8. Allow the public access (for a fee) to the public records of Glynn County via the web
9. Update the recording system timely and allow Judges access to the recording of their cases
10. Create standard operating procedures so that anyone taking over a position will immediately know the steps to take to do the job
11. Cross train employees so that in the event one employee is absent their duties can be performed by another
