Registrations for basketball ages 4-15 is officially open the season will begin in November. To ensure that the schedule is completed before the first practice please complete the registrations in a timely manner. Our first basketball practice is scheduled for November 9, 2026. There are still openings for cheerleading ages 4-12 and baseball ages 2-12. If you’re interested in coaching please complete the coaches application.

If your child needs a haircut to start the school year off. With a fresh cut and looking good and feeling good while on the path to a honor roll school season.

The barbers will be here until 6pm last cut starts at 5:30

FIRST PRACTICE UPDATE: Due to Meet the Teacher night on Monday, first practice for all baseball ages is moved to TUESDAY, AUG 11 @ 6PM.

📢 St. Stephen Recreation Fall Sports Update ⚾📣

Registration for Fall Baseball and Cheer has been extended through Monday, August 10!

Unfortunately, due to the limited number of football registrations received, we will not be able to offer a football program this fall.

🏈 Football Families:

An email has been sent to all registered football parents and guardians with additional information.

If your child would like to play baseball this fall instead, simply reply to the email and we'll be happy to transfer your registration in our system.

If you have already paid your football registration fee and do not wish to transfer to baseball, please reply to the email to request a refund.

⚾ Baseball Update:

An email with important season information was also sent to all baseball families today. Our first baseball practice will be TUESDAY, August 11, at 6:00 PM at the ballfield.

Please remember: Even if your player participated in our spring season, they must register again to play fall baseball.

🙋 Volunteer Coaches Needed!

We're still looking for volunteer coaches for our baseball and cheer programs. If you're interested in making a difference in the lives of our young athletes, we'd love to have you join our team!

🏈📣 Registration Deadline Extended! 📣📣

Good news! We've decided to give everyone one more week to get registered for St. Stephen Recreation Football, Cheer, and Baseball!

🗓️ New Registration Deadline: Monday, August 10

⚾ Baseball players: Your first practice will be Monday, August 10 at 6:00 PM at the ballfield.

📣🏈 Cheerleaders and football players: Practice schedules will be announced soon, so stay tuned!

During the Berkeley County Council meeting on Monday, July 13, the Town of St. Stephen Recreation Department was presented with a $75,000 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) award.

Council Member Michele Stosick and Recreation Director Justin Ravenell accepted the check on behalf of the Town. These funds will be used to make much-needed improvements to the ballfields at Alice Price Park, helping enhance recreational opportunities for our youth, families, and the entire community.

We are approaching the final stage for fall sports. All registrations are due by Monday, July 27, 2026. Payment of registration fees must be completed by the first practice on August 3, 2026.
