We have one bedroom units available, you must be 62 years of age or older, handicapped or disabled to apply. Rent is based on income and rental assistance may be available to qualified households. They are located in our laundry facility by our office, and available for pick up at any time! We offer paid utilities including electric, water, and trash pickup and we have a laundry facility onsite with front load washers and dryers. Welcome to Meadow Dell Village's page! There are a lot of exciting things happening in our little community and I hope to keep everyone updated! I will start by telling you a little bit about our community!
We have 20 duplexes that consist of 40 one bedroom units. You must be 62 years of age or older/handicap/disabled, regardless of age to qualify to live at Meadow Dell Village and your total household income must fall within our income guidelines. Our rent is based on household income, and rental assistance may be available to those who qualify. Electric and water/sewer are currently included in the cost of rent.
We have a coin operated laundry facility and a community room onsite. Since Covid the community room has not been open to the public but once the rehab/remodel project that has begun is finished, I expect it will be open again and hope that residents will utilize it! I have a few activities planned myself for our residents!
As I mentioned above, we have recently began a remodel project which I will go into more detail about that a little later as I have more details! A few things I know they are replacing/updating are flooring, sinks, tubs, cabinets, windows, HVAC systems, and more! I am excited and believe they will be beautiful when completed!
