IP3 is now IP28! Despite submitting over 30,000 signatures for IP3, we were worried we might not reach our target in time for 2024. To save funds and increase our chances of qualifying, we decided to start again for 2026. Want to volunteer for the IP3 Campaign but aren't able to petition? We're in need of folks to help with signature verification! This can be done remotely and involves checking that the people who have signed on to our initiative are active registered voters in Oregon.

A 16-year-old boy from Guatemala died last week working in a chicken slaughterhouse. The chickens were not the only ones screaming for help that day. This was that slaughterhouse's third human death since 2020.

If you would not want your son or daughter working in a slaughterhouse, why then pay for someone else's to work in their place? It's time we move to ban this industry which only brings with it death and destruction. Help us ban slaughter in the state of Oregon.

The death of an underage worker at a chicken plant in Hattiesburg, Miss., has put a spotlight on the rising number of child labor violations across the country.

The Yes On IP3 campaign has passed 30,000 signatures!! If we qualify for 2024, Oregon would be the first state IN HISTORY to vote on a Slaughter, Hunting, and Experimentation Ban statewide.

Every person can make a difference on this campaign and there is no volunteer requirement. You can go out petitioning with friends or solo, all you need is a clipboard and to be added to our campaign group chat. We're also excited to announce new bonuses for paid petitioners! If you join us as a paid circulator and can work up to 20, 25, or 30 hours a week, you'll receive a bonus of $200, $350, or $540 each pay period. Join the Yes On IP3 campaign for a pizza party and petitioning training session on Monday, July 3rd in North Portland!

We will meet at Overlook Park at 3 pm for the training session, and after we've learned some new skills, we’ll head out in small groups to different locations in the area to get signatures for the IP3 initiative. We’ll all link back up at the Tupelo Alley Apartments eco-lounge for pizza, chill time, and games around 7:00 pm.

A common critique of IP3, an initiative to criminalize killing animals, is that it’s “too broad”. People don’t think anti-homicide laws are too broad.
