Prospective members of this group must meet one or more of the following criteria:
- ODVA staff, coordinators, directors, or administrators
- Professional college or university staff overseeing the operation of a Campus Veterans Resource Center (VRC) and/or coordinating supportive programming for student veterans
- Student workers and/or student leaders who work with VRCs (at the recommendation of

the campus coordinator or other professional staff)
- Presidents or designated representatives of student-run veterans’ clubs or SVA chapters
