"I'm looking at ideas and which idea lands on which side of the aisle," Ramsey said. "Where am I most likely to get a tax policy that I like? Where am I most likely to get an immigration policy I like? Where am I most likely to get a foreign policy I like? Where am I most likely to get a gun policy I like? A climate change policy I like? A woke policy I like? That I agree with."

"And I can check those boxes very clearly, very quickly on these two candidates," he said. "So I'm going to tell you, I'm voting for Donald Trump. Because I checked those boxes and more of them are on that side than the other."

Finance guru and mentor Dave Ramsey announced his endorsement for former President Trump, saying that he compared the two candidates before making his choice.

"Policy matters greatly, because policy translates into our way of life and the way our country operates." While he argued that Trump’s conduct around January 6 was not an exemplary thing, there are bigger concerns facing the American electorate.

"I want to express is that I’ve now lived for four years under the Biden-Harris administration," he said. "I live in a bucolic city of Portland, Oregon, which has been destroyed by those policies. Absolutely decimated. Businesses are suffering. My own business is suffering solely for political reasons and it’s all fixable and they don’t want to fix it."

MSNBC host Ari Melber spoke with a star witness against former President Trump in his first impeachment, Ambassador Gordon Sondland, who revealed he was now supporting Trump.
