Applications for Patrol Officer are due Friday, August 14!

The Salem Police Department is currently accepting applications for police officer. Applications must be submitted to city hall by August 14th. We will be hiring one officer immediately!

Current pay for new hire is $31.82/hr after completing a probationary period.

A lateral officer can start at up to 5 years pay based on years of service, currently $35.54/hr.
