Nuestros amigos de la Salem Public Library (Salem, OR) están compartiendo un programa divertido llamado 1,000 libros antes del kínder. ¡Es una gran actividad para hacer con sus hijo/as durante el verano!

Our friends at Salem Public Library (Salem, OR) are sharing a fun program called 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten. This is a great activity to do during the summer with your kids!

Research shows that reading together helps children learn new words and feel ready for school. The more you read, the better!

Here’s how it works:
Read books with your child
Track what you read
Every 100 books = a stamp at the library 🎉
