OSAC Helping Oregonians pay for college through grants, scholarships, and financial education

The Office of Student Access and Completion (OSAC) administers more than 600 scholarship programs for Oregon students through a single application. OSAC also administers state grants including the Oregon Opportunity Grant and the Oregon Promise. Other key projects include the Oregon Student Aid Application (ORSAA) and the ASPIRE program.
