Hot and Sticky followed by Severe Storms. At this report from NWS, the Northern part of the county is a Level 3 Moderate Risk. The remainder of the county is under a Level 2 Slight risk. There is some talk that the line will move further south. Be prepared, no matter what the threat level.
During the day, please check on your neighbors, especially those of advanced years. Many do not have air conditioning or a way to beat the heat. Storms should arrive after the 6PM hour. Make sure you have CodeRED to keep you safe! Link is at the top of this page.
