Finally warm enough to get the residents out for a quick lunch trip! It was fun to eat and laugh with the ones who were able to join us. I wish everyone could go, just not always possible! We sure did miss the ones that couldn’t go!

When a new resident moves in, we also gain a new family. Their family becomes our family. When we lose a resident, we also lose a loved one along with their family. Our residents and their families are so special to us! Thank you to Larry’s family for trusting us with their dad and letting us get to know them all. We will sure miss Larry, but we will also miss seeing the family that we see often! Thank you so much for the thoughtful peace lily!

Ms. Penny says, “What a fantastic Sunday up on the hill at Skyline Suites it turned out to be! The ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender, paired perfectly with a zucchini and yellow squash casserole, sweet corn on the cob, and pretty darn good carrot cake. Moments like these remind us that life's simple pleasures truly bring people together, leaving everyone with full hearts and satisfied smiles.( And belly's)♥️”

We often say that our residents and their families are able to enjoy their time together at Skyline Suites because loved ones aren’t working for them during their visits. Ms. Sherry and her grandsons played a spirited game of banana grams recently 😊
