Tandem Northwest We are a non-profit residential group home provider that offers supports for adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities.

We strive to help individuals lead a meaningful life. Tandem Northwest is a non-profit organization run under a Board of Directors. The Board President is Christine Moehl, and the Executive Director is Andrew Greenhalgh-Johnson. We have eight group homes in Marion County, Oregon. Each of our group homes has a house manager and staff trained to the Oregon Administrative Rule standards and the guidelines of helping our individuals achieve Meaningful Lives.

Are you awesome? do you like to have fun but also work really hard? Consider applying for an ON-CALL position. Most of our full time positions are full. So come... start as on call meet awesome clients and staff and then when one of those amazing full time positions open up... TAKE IT! you are already trained know the people but now you get to be in a spot where you already know you work well with the people. nothing better!
