We know the pandemic is causing lots of issue for people. Please consider checking in with young people you are connected to during this difficult time. Unfortunately, many young adults are not albe to see the light at the end of this dark tunnel we are currently in. You may save a life by reaching out to ask how they are doing, or maybe invite them to Facetime or strike up a text conversation. Let them know they are important and they have someone to talk to.

The toll is falling heaviest on young adults, caregivers, essential workers and minorities.
