Hey early readers and grown-ups! Easy Nonfiction titles are now even easier to find! Salem Public Library (Salem, OR) staff recently took on a project to pull Easy Nonfiction titles out of the larger Children's Nonfiction collection and relocate them at the end of the Easy Reader collection. The titles are still in order by Dewey category to easily find the subjects you are interested in, but also include color-coded spine labels to help find the just-right level for your learning-to-read journey.

We are so excited to announce our newest collection: the Seed Library! With the help of the Marion County Master Gardeners, the library is piloting a grab-and-go collection of seeds. Simply take what you can use, and get growing! The Seed Library is located in the hallway near the audiovisual materials on Floor 1 of the Main Library, 585 Liberty St SE.
