eXPRS - Express Payment & Reporting System The Express Payment & Reporting System (better known as eXPRS - pronouced "express").

eXPRS (pronounced "express") is the acronym for the Express Payment & Reporting System. It is the statewide application for the processing of service authorizations and payment for services delivered to individuals with Intellectual and/or Developmental Disabilities in Oregon.

eXPRS will be unavailable Wednesday, June 17 from 6:00PM to approximately 7:00PM for system maintenance. Please save your work and log out of eXPRS or eXPRS Mobile-EVV before 6:00PM tonight, 06/17/2026.

As part of this maintenance, users should not submit Technical Assistance Requests starting tonight at 5:00PM until Thursday, June 18 at 8:00AM. Users can resume submitting Technical Assistance Requests starting at 8:00AM tomorrow.

The eXPRS system is currently unavailable due to an outage affecting the state's network. This outage is causing disruption across various agency applications, networks, and services, including eXPRS. Technical teams are responding to the situation. There is no current ETA for resolution of this issue. This message will be updated when more information is available.

📢 Attention All eXPRS Users! 📢

The Technical Assistance Request feature in eXPRS will be unavailable starting on Friday, June 12 at 4:00 PM through Monday, June 15 at 8:00 AM, due to state system maintenance. eXPRS will continue to be available for use during the maintenance timeframe.

Only the Technical Assistance Request function is affected. Please do not submit Technical Assistance Requests during this maintenance period. Instead, once the maintenance period begins, we encourage users to wait until Monday, June 15 to submit these requests.
